Ballymena Court: Disqualified driver ordered to do 80 hours of Community Service

A MAN caught driving whilst disqualified and without insurance in Ballymena has been ordered to do 80 hours of Community Service and has been banned from the roads for three months.

Lukosz Jackimowicz (33), of Andena Grange in Ballymena, had the offences detected on January 18 this year.

A prosecutor said police observed the defendant driving at Broughshane Street in Ballymena before a vehicle pulled in at Co-Op.

Defence solicitor Emma McCann told Ballymena Magistrates Court the defendant was willing to do Community Service.
