Ballymena Court hears man is accused of driving without due care and attention at Collin Road

A MAN is accused of driving without due care and attention at Collin Road between Ballymena and Ballyclare.

The case was adjourned for three weeks at Ballymena Magistrates Court.

Michael Skillen (30), with an address at Glengormley Park, Newtownabbey, is charged in relation to June 6 this year.

Defence barrister Thomas McKeever said his instructing solicitor had written to the directing officer in the case in relation to an “alternative disposal”.

The case was adjourned to later in October.
