Ballymena Court: Man admits exposing himself ‘intending that someone would be caused alarm or distress’ on July 12

A MAN has admitted an exposure offence relating to July 12 this year, Ballymena Magistrates Court has been told.

Joseph Forsythe (20), pleaded guilty to a charge that he ‘intentionally exposed your genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress’.

The defence barrister at court was Neil Moore.

Forsythe, with an address listed as Fairway in Larne, had the case adjourned to October for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
