Ballymena Court

A MAN is accused of receiving stolen goods – a bank card.

Garion Hanna (19) – with addresses listed on court charge sheets as High Street and also Ballymoney Road in Ballymena – is charged in relation to July 14 last year.

On the same date he is also accused of fraud by false representation by presenting a bank card as payment for goods worth £16 and £25.

Meanwhile, the defendant denies causing criminal damage to a flat at High Street and attempted burglary at the premises on December 16 last year.

Those matters are set to be contested at the end of May.
