Ballymena man is charged with stopping vehicle and remaining ‘at rest’ on M2 hard shoulder

A BALLYMENA man has been charged with stopping a vehicle and remaining ‘at rest’ on the hard shoulder of the M2 motorway.

David Wood (57), of Queen Street, is also accused of failing to provide a specimen of breath to police investigating if he committed an off   ence in the Dunsilly area.

The charges relate to January 25 this year.

At Antrim Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena on Tuesday, the case was adjourned to March.
