A series of summer courses have been taking place at Community Centres across the Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council area as part of the PEACE IV funded ‘Supporting Families Programme.’

The recent ‘Four Day Football Fun’ course ran at three Council Community facilities – Dunanney Centre (Rathcoole), Muckamore Community Centre (Antrim) and Neillsbrook Community Centre (Randalstown).

The popular scheme saw around 60 participants come together on the final day for a tournament at the 3G pitch at Neillsbrook Community Centre.

The project was supported by the European Union’s PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
