PLANNING permission has been granted for the former Drumnagreagh Hotel outside GlenarmĀ to be transformed into new tourist accommodation.
Eight self-catering holiday homes with parking, associated amenities and one self catering Business Manager’s dwelling have been given the go-ahead.
The former hotel was vacant since the late Nineties and was gutted by a fire in 2009.
The development is being carried out by the Michael Hughes Trust of which former Northern Ireland international footballer Michael Hughes is a director.
