Man is accused of being disorderly at Ballymena Railway Station but has ‘simple drunk’ charge withdrawn

A MAN is accused of being disorderly at Ballymena Railway Station.

The charge relates to July 31 this year.

On the same date the defendant is accused of stealing three bottles of gin worth £81 from Co-Op.

A prosecutor told Ballymena Magistrates Court a charge of ‘simple drunk’ was withdrawn.

Raymond William Thomas Moore (34), with an address listed as University Street in Belfast, had the case adjourned to October.
