THERE were 6 new cases of coronavirus reported in Mid & East Antrim in the last day.
There were 104 new cases reported across Northern Ireland up from the previous daily figure of 88.
There have been 752 cases in Mid & East Antrim out of 19,917 people tested in the area since the pandemic started.
There have been 725 cases in Antrim & Newtownabbey – a rise of 16 since yesterday – and 445 – up 3 – in Causeway Coast & Glens.
The total number of cases in Northern Ireland since the pandemic began is 8,227.
Out of the 104 new cases in Northern Ireland in the last day, Belfast had 32 followed by Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon with 20 and Antrim & Newtownabbey with 16.
Lisburn & Castlereagh had 8.
Newry, Mourne & Down had 7 and Mid and East Antrim had 6 as did Derry City & Strabane.
Ards & North Down had 4 cases.
Causeway Coast & Glens had 3 and Mid Ulster and Fermanagh & Omagh each had 1.
The number of people who have died across Northern Ireland since the pandemic began, according to the Department of Health is 568.
In Mid & East Antrim, since the pandemic started, the number of people who died is 46 according to Department of Health statistics.
The Health Department says there have been 61 deaths in Antrim and Newtownabbey and 39 in Causeway Coast and Glens.
