Meanwhile, the Dessert Bar’s premises at Ballycastle seafront re-opened last weekend with strict social distancing measures in place.
Proprietor Keith Douthart said: “We will be opening weekends only to allow time to analyse and assess the current situation – as much as we miss our customers, we do not want to rush.
“We will be operating take-out only, implementing other necessary safety changes such as limiting numbers and staff in-store, creating a one-way system, use of PPE and maintaining exceptional levels of hygiene and sanitisation.
“Our menu will also be temporarily reduced but we do promise the same great taste and satisfaction. Please be patient with us as we navigate this new normal. Your safety is our priority and not all things will be as they were.”
A new website is also being launched.
