Woman (49) accused of sending a message ‘of a menacing character’ has case further adjourned at Ballymena Court

A WOMAN (49) accused of sending by means of a public electronic communication network a message ‘of a menacing character’ has had her case at Ballymena Magistrates Court further adjourned.

Jacqueline Marrs, with an address listed as Tobar Park in Cullybackey, is charged in relation to February 17 this year.

The defence lawyer was Emma McCann and the matter has been put back to October.
