Electricity workers hear about railway crossing safety

TRANSLINK’S Level Crossing Safety Co-ordinator Keith Pollock has addressed a NIE safety seminar, attended by approx 850 delegates, on the issue of the safe use of railway crossings.

Approximately 850 delegates attending NIE Networks safety seminar in Antrim have heard of the importance of the safe use of public and private level crossings.

There are 93 private user-worked crossings and 61 public road crossings on the NI Railways network – many are used by NIE staff to access their infrastructure.
