Ballymena Court hears forensics report ‘expected soon’ in case of couple accused of possessing ‘explosive substances’

A FORENSICS report is “expected soon” in connection with the case of a couple facing charges including possessing ‘explosive substances’ in suspicious circumstances.

The update was given to Ballymena Magistrates Court on Thursday regarding Robert James Templeton (34), formerly with an address listed as Cladytown Road near Glarryford but now at Kintyre Park in Ballymena, and his wife Natasha Templeton (32) of Cladytown Road.

The couple face a range of charges including possessing items and information useful for committing terrorism.

They are on continuing bail and their cases have been adjourned to the end of February.
