Ballymena Court hears man’s bail bans him from kebab outlet after he is charged with causing gbh on July 12

A MAN has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent on July 12 last year.

Darren Randell (26), of Latharna House, Larne, is also accused of possessing cannabis on August 12 last year.

The defendant was at Ballymena Magistrates Court on Thursday where a prosecutor asked for a four week adjournment as “footage” needed to be watched.

The defendant was given bail of £500 with conditions including not to enter the ‘Turkish Kebab’ in Larne; he has a night time curfew; he is not to be under the influence of alcohol in public and he is to have no contact with the injured party.

The case was adjourned to the end of March.
