Ballymena Court is told student was speeding

A MOTORIST has been given three penalty points and fined £85 after being caught speeding.

Tegan Walker (21), a student of Lisnamurrican Road, Broughshane, was detected doing 43mph in a 30mph zone at Rathkeel Road, Broughshane, on November 15 last year.

She also failed to produce her driving licence to police within seven days.

The case was mentioned at Ballymena Magistrates Court on Thursday.
