Court contest due after man denies engaging in sexual activity at public toilet

A COURT contest is due to be held in November after a man pleaded not guilty to a charge of engaging in sexual activity in a public toilet.

Thomas James Brennan (44), of Carnany Court, Ballymoney, also denies committing an act of a ‘lewd, obscene and disgusting nature’ by exposing himself to a male.

The charges are in relation to a publicly accessible toilet at Strand Road in Coleraine in April this year.

The case was mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court.
