A PROSECUTOR told Ballymena Magistrates Court an incident involving a nurse accused of being disorderly at Galgorm Spa and Golf Resort was allegedly “aggravated by hostility”.

The defendant, Maureen Brown, is also accused of assaulting two people on August 20 this year.

The prosecutor said there was bodyworn video and CCTV in connection with the case.

The 35-year-old defendant, with an address listed as Park Road in Portadown, was not present at court on Thursday as her defence solicitor said she was working.

The court was told the defendant had just started a new job as a registered nurse.

At an earlier hearing the defendant had been given £500 bail with a condition banning her from entering the Galgorm premises.

The case was adjourned to November 7.
