Cullybackey man has charges dropped

Court

A CULLYBACKEY man who had denied making a threat to kill a female; assaulting her and damaging wall sockets belonging to her has now had the charges dropped.

Robin Kerr (20), with an address listed at Spence Crescent, Cullybackey, had been charged in relation to June 9 this year.

At Coleraine Magistrates Court on September 9 a prosecutor said the alleged injured party had made contact to say she wanted the charges dropped as “some things weren’t true”.

The defence barrister was Neil Moore.
