Delay in prosecutors receiving forensics report

BALLYMENA Magistrates Court, on December 19 heard, there has been a delay in prosecutors receiving a forensics report in connection with the case of a couple facing charges including possessing explosive substances in suspicious circumstances.

Robert James Templeton (34), formerly with an address listed as Cladytown Road near Glarryford but now at Kintyre Park in Ballymena, and his wife Natasha Templeton (31), were in the dock.

The couple face a range of charges including possessing items and information useful for committing terrorism.

They are on continuing bail and their cases have been adjourned to the end of January.
