A man who caused criminal damage to glass at a house at Fisherwick Gardens in Ballymena has been given a three months prison term, suspended for two years.
Daniel Fiedorowicz (37), of Fisherwick Gardens, committed the offence on July 21.
He appeared at Coleraine Magistrates Court and admitted a criminal damage charge.
A prosecutor said police found blood near a smashed pane of glass and the heavily intoxicated defendant had cuts on his hands.
Defence solicitor Kevin MacAllister said the defendant could not “get back into the house” and had smashed the window.
