Man charged with assaulting three females and being disorderly at Ballymena McDonald’s is barred from area around the restarurant

A man charged with assaulting three females and being disorderly at the Ballymena McDonald’s restaurant has been barred from the area around the premises as part of bail conditions.

Francis McCallan (29), of the Lighthouse hostel at Linenhall Street in the town, is accused in relation to February 7 this year.

He appeared at Ballymena Magistrates Court on March 7.

The case was adjourned for a week and he was released on £500 bail.

He is not to enter the Pentagon Retail Park and is not to contact staff at McDonald’s or any witnesses.

As part of his bail he has a 10pm-7am curfew and he is not allowed to drink alcohol.
