Man denies engaging in sexual activity at public toilet

A man has pleaded not guilty to a charge of engaging in sexual activity in a public toilet at Strand Road in Coleraine.

Thomas James Brennan (44), of Carnany Court, Ballymoney, also denies committing an act of a ‘lewd, obscene and disgusting nature’ by exposing himself to a male.

The charges are in relation to April 10 this year.

The defendant appeared in the dock at Coleraine Magistrates Court and the case was adjourned to the end of July to fix a date for a contest.
