Man denies the charges he faces

A MAN has pleaded not guilty to charges including assault, harassment and ‘persistent improper use of an electronic communications network for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety’.

Robert David Patton (34), of Dunluce Court in Bushmills, is accused of committing offences on May 2 this year.

He appeared at Ballymena Magistrates Court and the case was adjourned to November 21 to fix a date for a contest.
