Man faces aggravated burglary charge

A Ballymena man accused of aggravated burglary at a house at Dunvale in the town with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm on a male and female has appeared at the town’s Magistrates Court.

Nicholas McCrudden (19), of Dunvale, is also charged with possessing an offensive weapon – a crowbar – on the same date, January 19 this year.

At court on Thursday, where his legal representative was Connel Trainor, the case was adjourned to July.

The bail conditions include a curfew from 10pm-7am.
