A FORENSICS report is not due until November in the case of a man charged in connection with an alleged stabbing incident in Ballymoney.
Zbigniew Paluszkiewicz (53), with an address listed as Linenhall Street in Ballymoney, faces two charges relating to July 6 this year.
He is accused of grievous bodily harm with intent and is also charged with possessing an offensive weapon – a knife – with intent to commit an offence.
The defendant appeared at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday via video link from prison where he has been on remand.
The defence lawyer was Thomas McKeever.
The case has been adjourned to October 28.
In July police said they were investigating a report of an assault on a female in the Shandon Park area of Ballymoney.
Police said they had received a report that a woman had been stabbed in her home around 1am and at that stage they had said her injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
