A MAN accused of assaulting his parents has been given bail subject to getting an address outside Cushendall.
Noel McLaughlin (35) of Middlepark Road in Cushendall, is alleged to have committed offences on October 9 this year.
He was wearing an Ireland rugby jersey when he appeared in the dock at Ballymena Magistrates Court the next day.
A police officer said he had no objections to the defendant getting bail but wanted conditions.
District Judge Nigel Broderick granted bail subject to an address being approved by police.
The defendant is banned from Cushendall and is also not to contact the alleged injured parties.
There is also a condition regarding alcohol.
The case has been adjourned to October 17.
