Man is accused of failing to provide breath sample

A MAN has been accused of failing to provide a specimen of breath to police investigating whether he had committed an offence in relation to a vehicle at Cushendall Road in Ballymena.

Marcin Pawel Fialek (29), of Dunclug Gardens in the town, is accused of committing an offence on September 6 this year.

The case was mentioned at Ballymena Magistrates Court where the defence solicitor was Stewart Ballentine.

The matter was adjourned to October 10.
