Man is accused of having Ecstasy with intent to supply

A MAN accused of possessing MDMA – also known as Ecstasy – with intent to supply and dishonestly causing electricity to be diverted at Moorfields Road, Ballymena, has had his case sent to Antrim Crown Court.

Warren James Crossan (27), with an address at Glenfield Close, Crumlin, is charged in relation to January 11, 2018.

The defendant appeared at Ballymena Magistrates Court on Thursday for a Preliminary Enquiry – the legal step to send a case to the Crown Court.

He was released on his own bail of £500 and the case was adjourned to the Crown Court on December 19.
