Man is charged with breaching Sexual Offences Prevention Order

A man with a Ballymena address has been charged with breaching a Sexual Offences Prevention Order.

Kristoffer Noel John Coulter (32), of Linenhall Street, is alleged to have committed a breach of the Order on February 5 this year in the Shankbridge area.

The charge is that ‘without reasonable excuse’ the defendant ‘visited a child centre facility or location without obtaining the approval of a Designated Risk Manager’.

The case was mentioned at Ballymena Magistrates Court on Thursday.

A not guilty plea was entered and the case was adjourned to May 9.
