Man’s alleged offences ‘aggravated by hostility’

Court

A Ballymena man has been accused of offences which a prosecutor told a court were allegedly “aggravated by hostility” and feature a “religious and racial element”.

The comment was made at Coleraine Magistrates Court on July 8 where Kurt Graham (22), with an address listed as Holland Park, pleaded guilty to being disorderly in the vicinity of Crocknamack Street in Portrush on May 17 this year.

He has pleaded not guilty to a charge of assaulting a male on the same date.

The case was adjourned to the end of July to fix a date for a contest.
