Train Station incident allegedly ‘aggravated by hostility’

A PROSECUTOR said an alleged incident of disorderly behaviour at a train station was “aggravated by hostility due to race”.

The allegation was made at Coleraine Magistrates Court after Wayne Singleton was accused of being disorderly at Coleraine Railway Station on November 4 this year.

The case was adjourned to December 9 and the defendant’s £500 bail includes an alcohol condition.

The defendant, aged 27, is from Cabragh Road, Tandragee.
