A WOMAN denies charges relating to her birthday including being disorderly at the Tower Centre in Ballymena.
Michelle Reid has also pleaded not guilty to assaulting three police officers and resisting one of the officers in the execution of their duty.
The defendant further denies attempted criminal damage of a police vehicle.
The defendant is charged in relation to September 26 this year – her 35th birthday.
At Ballymena Magistrates Court on Thursday the case was adjourned to fix a date for a contest.
Thursday’s Court heard the defendant, with an address listed in Bangor, County Down, was not present because she had “no money” to make the trip to Ballymena.
District Judge Liam McNally said for future appearances if the defendant was broke she could either make the journey with her lawyer or “hitch a lift”.
