Woman is banned from shop as part of bail conditions

A WOMAN has been banned from entering a shop at Main Street in Cullybackey as part of bail conditions.

Kerrie Paige McCullough (26), of Spence Crescent in the village, is accused of stealing soft drinks worth £6.07 from the store on September 16 this year.

She is also accused of being disorderly at the shop on September 17 this year.

She is further charged with assaulting and resisting a police officer in the execution of her duty.

The defendant appeared at Ballymena Magistrates Court on Thursday where her defence solicitor was Stewart Ballentine.

The case has been adjourned to October 17.
