Woman pleads not guilty to assaulting two females

A WOMAN has pleaded not guilty to charges of assaulting two females occasioning them actual bodily harm and her case has been adjourned to October 17 to fix a date for a contest.

Jamie-Leigh Wright (30), with an address listed as Claragh Hill Grange in Kilrea, is accused of committing offences on September 1 this year.

She appeared at Ballymena Magistrates Court on Thursday.

At court the previous week she was given £500 bail.

As part of her bail conditions she was to have no contact with the alleged injured parties; had a bail condition regarding alcohol and was not to enter the Dunclug estate in Ballymena except in connection with work.

She had an 11pm-7am curfew to reside at Hugomont Mews in Ballymena.
