A woman who was put out of a pub for being abusive to staff then used a crutch to break a panel of glass at the premises.
Jennifer McCosh (44), of Old Cullybackey Road, Cullybackey, was at Ballymena Magistrates Court for sentencing on charges of disorderly behaviour, criminal damage, assaulting two police officers and assaulting a staff member at a pub in Broughshane Street.
The defendant was escorted from the bar by staff at 7.15pm on January 31 and lashed out striking an employee in the face before using a crutch to damage the door.
Police were called and she slapped one officer and attempted to spit at police.
The court heard the defendant had been drinking on top of medication and couldn’t remember being arrested.
Sentencing was deferred for six months.
