Police in Ballymena are seeking your help in relation to a theft from a vehicle in the town.

A spokesperson said: “On Tuesday 18/12/18 a local joiner parked his white Ford transit van on Antrim Road, Ballymena near the Donnelly and Taggart motor store between 6am-5pm.

“On his return he discovered that a large quantity of work tools, valued around £2,900, had been stolen from the van.

“Did you see any suspicious activity in the area near a white van during the times stated?

“Did you see a person removing tools from the van?

“Have you been offered work tools that has raised your suspicions?

“Have you any information that may assist local police in recovering the items and bringing those responsible to justice?

“If you feel you can help us please ring the Police Non-Emergency number 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 and quote PSNI Incident No. 1128 on 18/12/18.”
