A man accused of being disorderly in the vicinity of Portstewart Promenade and resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty has had the charges withdrawn after he accepted a caution.
William Dowie (24), of Leckagh Drive, Magherafelt, was involved in an incident on August 12 this year.
A prosecutor told Coleraine Magistrates Court on October 1 the charges had been withdrawn and a caution given.
