Driver was caught without insurance in Ballymena … at 2am

A man detected driving without insurance at 2am has been given six penalty points and fined £250.

Daniel Mosoiu (26), of William Street, Ballymena, committed the offence near his home on January 27 this year.

He was also unlicensed and received a one year conditional discharge on that matter.

The case was dealt with at Ballymena Magistrates Court on Thursday May 31 where the defendant was legally represented by solicitor Stewart Ballentine.
