Enterprise Fortnight continues with packed programme aimed at inspiring and supporting budding entrepreneurs and innovators

A fortnight-long series of networking sessions, workshops, debates and information clinics aimed at promoting, exploring and celebrating business and entrepreneurship in Mid and East Antrim is continues – and there is another action packed week ahead.

Enterprise Fortnight commenced on Monday 12 and will run until Saturday 24 November, with a programme of free events designed to unlock and capitalise on our entrepreneurial potential.

The initiative is being led by Mid and East Antrim Borough Council, in partnership with business support organisations across the Borough.

Industry specialists, local entrepreneurs and support agencies are available to ensure that the aspirations of our local budding entrepreneurs and businesses are realised.

Mayor Councillor Lindsay Millar said: “The first week of Enterprise Fortnight has been superb.

“It has been brilliant to spend time with our business leaders and budding young and newly founded entrepreneurs in Mid and East Antrim.

“We have so much potential and ambition and Enterprise Fortnight is delivering on its aim of educating, supporting and helping to develop and grow opportunities and economic growth throughout our Borough.

“There are still plenty of exciting events planned in the coming days and we look forward to welcoming everybody along.”
