A man accused of converting an imitation firearm into a firearm and possessing it with intent to cause another person to believe unlawful violence would be used against them has had his case adjourned to December 17.
Iustinian Phelin, a Romanian national, formerly with an address at Linenhall Street in Limavady, appeared at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday November 26.
The charges relate to October 3 this year.
A prosecutor said it would be several weeks before the case is ready to proceed.
