A man accused of stealing items worth more than £1,000 from Boots in Ballymena has been banned from entering the Tower Centre as part of bail conditions.

Christopher Jordan (32), whose address was given as Stratheden Street in Belfast, is alleged to have committed theft on January 26 this year.

He is also charged with having a foil lined bag for use in theft.

At Ballymena Magistrates Court on February 21, where his defence barrister was Amy Campbell, he was released on £500 bail and the case adjourned to February 28.
