A Limavady man, who was in breach of three suspended sentences, has admitted damaging three windows, a glass door and tables at ‘Subway’ in the town.
Cearbhaill Carl Archibald (43), of Drumceatt Park, caused the criminal damage on May 4 this year.
On Monday June 18 at Coleraine Magistrates Court, where the defendant appeared via video link from prison, defence barrister Michael Smyth said Archibald was pleading guilty to criminal damage.
He told District Judge Nigel Broderick the defendant’s record might cause some concern.
“He is in breach of three suspended sentences,” said the barrister.
The defendant was remanded in continuing custody ahead of sentencing on July 9.
