A Ballycastle man is denying making a threat to damage a garden shed.
Patrick Gerard McGothigan (30), of Fogarty Crescent, is alleged to have committed the offence on May 21 this year.
Relating to May 22 this year the defendant was accused of causing criminal damage to a police cell which cost £22.64 to clean.
The defendant has also pleaded not guilty to that charge.
At Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday August 20 the case was adjourned to August 31 to fix a date for a contest.
