A man facing drugs charges has had his bail varied to allow him go on a week’s holiday “out of the jurisdiction” of Northern Ireland.

Jonathan Neill (23), of Westbourne Crescent, Coleraine, is accused of supplying cocaine; having the Class A drug with intent to supply and also possessing cocaine.

A prosecution lawyer told Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday August 13 he had no objections to the bail variation.

The court heard the holiday starts on August 31.

Deputy District Judge Laura Ievers adjourned the case until September 10.
