A Ballymena man accused of grievous bodily harm and affray has been banned from entering the town’s McDonald’s as part of bail conditions.

Josh Tait (19), of Rosses Farm, is alleged to have committed offences on October 13 last year.

He appeared at Ballymena Magistrates Court on February 14 and was released on £500 bail.

Another bail condition relates to consuming alcohol whilst there is also an 11pm-5am curfew.

The case was adjourned until March.
