Police appeal after Church of Ireland hall damaged

Police are appealing for help after damage was caused to a hall at the Christ Church, Church of Ireland, at Main Street in Castlerock.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “Damage was caused to the Church of Ireland hall, Main Street ,Castlerock, on the 1st August 2018 between the hours of 6 &7pm.

“Three young males, approximately 16 to 17 years, were observed on bicycles in the area around this time.

“The door of an outbuilding to the rear of the Hall was damaged and contents were taken from the building to make what would appear to be bicycle ramps.

“If you have any further information regarding this incident or you can help identify potential suspects, then please contact police on 101”.
